Why adopt the keto diet?
I personally wanted to adopt the keto diet to lose weight. However there are a dozen different reasons why it is a good idea to adopt the keto diet. For instance one of the key reasons why the keto diet is so popular is because it can make you feel generally more energetic. The world is full of refined carbs that can actually slow you down but you might be pleasantly surprised to find that the keto diet can do the opposite... it can give you a surge of life.
Why wouldn't you adopt the keto diet? If you are a die hard carb lover and you cant see yourself ever giving up carbs then this diet is most likely not for you. The keto diet is also not for people who don't have too much will power. As long as you are ok with giving up carbs and have some will power then feel free to get started!
